		<description>Thanks for the back link to my post! I was curious about the Coleman Natural Bacon and found this comparison on Business Wire - http://bit.ly/15yahc. Coleman&#039;s uses Lactic acid starter culture (not from dairy) to cure their meat so perhaps this preserves the color as well. Anyway, looks like a much better choice for your family. ~ Daryl</description>
