I meant to forward this to you a while ago, but didn't -- it's this couple who write a blog I follow (they cook and take gorgeous photos, so I just go there to drool). Anyhow, they're Banh Mi devotees and they created a website about it: http://battleofthebanhmi.com/ There's a section for recipes, if you are so inclined... including vegetarian ones. I'm craving bún myself... can't wait to get back to Denver! And no, I haven't checked out your place here yet... but it's on the list. Next week, I think. Yum!
